No you can't achieve that.
Why you want to show the difference and pay just it ?
You can simply share the invoice with the customer
and pay it.
"Share the invoice and pay it automatically". Is this the recommended practice? Sorry, I'm new to Stripe...
If you want to display the new price to the customer then you can share the invoice with the customer
The invoice will be paid automatically... but you can still force and pay it using the API
