hello! creating a Transfer is unfortunately not supported for India Stripe accounts as mentioned in https://support.stripe.com/questions/stripe-india-support-for-marketplaces
Separate charges and transfers charge type, or standalone transfers via the dashboard or API to connected accounts, are currently not supported```

So basically customer deposits some funds to the admin account, and later he wants to withdraw funds so what i want is to call some function which transfers funds from admin account to customer account

So we cannot use stripe as a medium for storing payments and then used to withdraw funds at user’s will?

We mainly help with developers who want to integrate directly with the Stripe API here on this channel so we don't really have the necessary expertise in that area to answer this question
