Hi there, let me take a look

gaunt wind
#

here's what the ui looks like;

rancid obsidian
#

Ok I can see that you updated on the subsctipion directly on Feb 29

gaunt wind
#

it says next invoice on feb 28, 2025 which looks correct....

but the upcoming phase is off

rancid obsidian
#

Updating a subscription directly won't change its schedule (if any), do you still want the next update phase to happen on Mar 24 2024?

gaunt wind
#

no because I updated it with a yearly membership

#

so the phase should also be on feb28, 2025

rancid obsidian
#

Then you might want to release the schedule, so it won't impact your subscription.

gaunt wind
#

oh....

#

how do I do that

#

also, is releasing a schedule a good thing to do when a user is upgrading/downgrading?

rancid obsidian
#

It depends, if you don't want the schdule to create changes to the subscription, you should just release it

gaunt wind
#

interesting. can I run a scenario by you then to get a better understanding?

#

and I guess, if I release it, will it create a new one?

rancid obsidian
#

No it won't create a new schedule after releasing.

#

You can test it out by yourself.
