Taking a step back. By rental platform, do you mean you/your business is renting things to your users or are your users renting things to someone else?

in my platform. The user can rent things to someone. So i need stripe to identify them. In order to banned the user who do the bad things.

Let's try to be as specific as possible here. Are you looking for Stripe to verify the identity of the users of your platform, or of the customers who are using the rented things?
You're likely using Connect as you get started. If you are collecting verification information for users who are renting things to someone, I recommend using Stripe Hosted Onboarding to collect information about their business and identity information.
