Hi there! Give me a few minutes to take a look
thanks
Hm, it seems like we're calculating a 0 amount for Greene County, MO, with a reason not_subject_to_tax
And a sales and use tax of 4.225% only
that amount isn't correct though...
Have you added a tax registration for Missouri in the Dashboard?
Yes
In reality it should be approx 8.558%
missouri 4.225, county 2.083, rogersville (city) 2.250
Do you see the correct amount if you pass in a full address, not just zip, state, and country?
Give me one sec (I am pretty sure that is how I started it off).
Here is the request req_qtO14QoRRQ4yNd No it doesn't change
This request req_xvv6BwYI96IdIH using florida zip and state shows county and state rates. totalling 7.5%
Yep, I see the same. I recommend reaching out to our Support team about this and share the request IDs above: https://support.stripe.com/contact/
Oh ok, I thought this was support
I know your 'origin address' under your Tax Settings will also impact the tax amount but they'll be able to assist with an explanation of how tax is being calculated in this case
Ok thank youl
We're not experts on tax amounts, unfortunately
