Can you try using TX for the state?

we recommend using the ISO subdivision codes
I switched to TX and still having the issue. req_hre4rAkABFGRnd
It looks like it’s concerning itself where I am rather than where I’m shipping to
Hmm does this change if you use address_source=billing?
Same thing @agile juniper req_4vLhzS1yf0aSHW
It seems like the calculator is focusing on origin but should be based on where the shipping location is
Is that location whether your business is based, where you're making the request from, or both?
Just so I understand what's happening vs what is expected
Where it is occurring and where we are based are the same.
I expect that although I am in Canada, I should be able to deal with tax obligations elsewhere. This tends to be where the product is shipped is what im expecting.
Getting some assistance from teammates on this
The reason I’m assuming this isn’t happening is because the only tax breakdown I’m seeing is for HST
Does anything change if you remove the $0 shipping?
The same thing is occurring as the rest of my examples
The part I’m confused about is the tax breakdown referring to Canada where the customer is in marked as US for the country. I have the registrations setup to the best of what I can tell
Hey, just checking in to see if there’s any update on this. I appreciate your assistance
Still looking at this and trying different configurations
Currently, I don't believe there is any issue with your request, but that this is a tax obligation nuance beyond my understanding
Thanks for the update!
Unfortunately I'm not able to trace why this is happening, since you are registered for the locations in test mode I'd expect these calculations to work
Please write in to our support team with these example requests / taxcalc_123 IDs to request more information about the calculated tax in these cases, where you expect a non-zero amount to have been calculated.
