@viral turtle I would say this is expected behaviour with the CustomerPortal. If you switch to a new Price it will immediately switch to it and not keep the existing trial

Customer modifications to a trialing subscription will end the free trial and create an invoice for immediate payment.

@prisma tapir Ah I missed that limitation. Is there anyway to add a new trial onto the new price line item? To carry over the trial perhaps?
