Such a scenario is quite specific. I don't think there's a single test card that can do this. You would need to change cards in order to simulate this, but I guess it defeats the purpose of the test.

Exactly, what I would have liked is to use the same payment method because, for me, this is a behavior that can occur with off-session payments. After that, do you think I can:

  1. Associate 2 PaymentMethods with my customer (1 ok and the other not ok)
  2. Make the 1st PaymentIntent with the ok PaymentMethod
  3. Create a new PaymentIntent with the not ok PaymentMethod
  4. Modify the PaymentMethod of the PaymentIntent to the ok one and launch the billing validation?

Yes, you can attach as many Payment Methods to a Customer object as you like.
