Unfortunately, card country is not returned in the Card Element. Can you share what you're trying to achieve?

The Amex rate on our account depends on the origin of the Amex cards. To display the correct surcharge, we need to detect the country of the card.
So if it is a national card, it will be x%, if it is an international card, it will be y%
For new customers, when they type in the card number and once it is completed, ideally we need to add the surcharge to the grand total and display it as a final grand total.
