I believe you will receive a webhook event from Stripe about the failure. You can totally test it in Test mode, using Test Clock
Test Clock is for you to advance the time

I used the Test Clock for auto-renewal. So, essentially, do I need to listen to the webhook and handle that part myself? Is there anything Out-Of-The-Box?

Listening to webhook is the correct way to go 👍
