Only US Accounts can pay cross border (outside their platform account territory)

yes, but I can make the payment with my Hongkong account and people with MY account can recive my pay

Hi @silent cedar , thanks for answering question. I can pay to MY stripe account with my Singapore stripe acct in Luma which is a website to allow users to buy tickets for events. If only US account can make cross border payment, how this happen? Appreciate if you can shed some light on that

I don't know what is Luma and what payment provider are they using honestly or how that's achievable
