any more details like the exact page on that site that uses Stripe? an example PaymentIntent ID? the details of this "one customer" with an issue?
Both Affirm and Afterpay are domestic only PMs meaning the buyer needs to be located in the same country as your Stripe account
I suspect that is the issue here, and can confirm with a cs_xxx ID like my colleague asked for
Please just share the cs_xxx ID of the session your integration creates
just add a product to cart then checkout
you will be redirected to stripe checkout page
Yep, I know how it works. You can just reproduce the issue for me and share the URL here
OK, Afterpay is probably missing because it requires shipping address collection: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/afterpay-clearpay/accept-a-payment#:~:text=Shipping addresses must be provided.
is after pay actually missing can you provide screen shot
Yes, it is and I've confirmed the reason why by looking at internal logs. You can confirm the same here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/payment_methods/review
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.

as i said this is a customers site , so stripe credentials is customers
OK, so I guess you can't use that debug tool
