Yes a domain needs to be registered for that, but I think Shopify has its own process for that. If you reach out to shopify's support they should be able to help you here

sir , they told me you need to choose a third party provider for payment but im using stripe so i really dont know , should i contact them?

Yes, they will have a better idea of why Apple Pay is not showing up on their page. At Stripe, we don't know what their processes for this look like so we don't have a way to advise you on how to choose a third party provider or do other things specifically related to shopify
