Sure. Pls see the attached image. Original name was "Odds Intel" (referred to as "ABC" generically above) appearing in top left corner of checkout, only show a snippet of checkout page so no private info shown. I since changed the account name to something new, call it "DEF", and the new "DEF" not appearing on top left of price checkout even when I create an totally new product price after I changed to account name "DEF". Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks for any help. Eric

Gotcha. I don't think the old product and price have any concept of your company name, so you shouldn't need to create new ones here. Trying to think of what may need to happen here
