I'm sorry you are experiencing this, as I noted we can't help with any account issues here since this is a public server. You really do have to work with our Support team. If you haven't heard back then I'd try checking your spam folders or writing in with a different email address or different account to make sure your message is received.

I sent you a lot of messages, after a few hours I received messages that your special department would verify the situation and get back to you, another 24 hours passed and silence. I want to be informed about my money, in case of immediate termination, do you deposit funds into my account or do I have to legally fight for my money?

I live in Poland and if you don't give me back the deposit amount. This will be tantamount to theft, which is punishable in my country

This is a public server for questions from developers about our API. We can't disucss any account-specific issues here. The only path forward is for you to work with our Support team.
