Hi ๐ what type of Token are you referring to?
https://docs.stripe.com/api/tokens/object#token_object-type
Complete reference documentation for the Stripe API. Includes code snippets and examples for our Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Go, Ruby, and .NET libraries.
when you migrate tokens to another stripe platform
๐ stepping in as Toby needs to step away
You are going to need to clarify a bit more what you mean by "migrate tokens to another platform"
Are you talking about an actual migration performed by Stripe? Cloning Tokens yourself?
Something else?
the actual migration performed by stripe when we request
That is all dependent on the migration itself then and something you want to discuss with Support when you request the migration.
Usually it would entail Customers/PaymentMethods though, yes.
so the customer info and the credit card info?
this is what im talking about by the way
Oh that is your own migration that you perform, not an internal one.
yeah we would copy our stripe tokens to send to another stripe platform
We don't really know anything about that unfortunately since we just focus on direct use of the API... my understanding is Customer/Card but you can get a 100% answer from our Support team on that via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login
