Hi there 👋 offhand I don't believe so. That's actually not an Event type I see discussed very often, I'm trying to think through what could lead to that occurring.
I think that would likely only be encountered if there was a system issue on our end that prevented the successful finalization of an Invoice.
Looking here, I'm thinking you might be able to force this to occur in testing by using incomplete address values with Stripe Tax:
