Hi there. Is your device certified with GMS?
Ok, can you do a factory reset and retry again?
is there any other way?
I don't think I can ask my users to do so
we have several users experiencing this issue
and they were happened abruptly
previously they were able to use the device, created and authorized some payments
Ok, do you have another request ID that have the same problem?
Did you make any changes to your Android app? for example, update the Stripe SDK?
And since where did this problem start?
I did some dependencies upgrade
Did you update the Stripe terminal Android SDK?
When did you roll out the change?
21st of Feb
based on what I observe in the log, the devices that have been upgraded to use Stripe 2.23.2 were initially able to create payments, but suddenly encountered an attestation failure when attempting to reconnect the NFC
This is going to require a bit more investigation. Sorry to redirect you, but can you write in to https://support.stripe.com/contact/email with the information (list of request IDs). We'll respond via email/ticket after looking into it further.
