Thanks you, that would be great. its only happening to one client, so i cannot reproduce it myself yet. the https://gateway.zscloud.net makes me suspicious as that url is not in any of my code.

yeah it's possibly a browser extension for exampl blocking something we need as you mentioned hcaptcha which is important for fraud detection

Do you have a URL I can look at and can you share a lot more details about that customer's device and what triggers the error? Is it on load? Or after trying to pay?

we are capturing their CC details for future periodic payments. so a setupintent is created first, and client enters CC details, creating the paymentmethod. it happens to multiple employees at one client, user agent shows windows 10 edge browser

Okay so it does looke like something is blocking the "hcaptcha" feature from loading and it might be some configuration on that client's computers/browsers since it's multiple employees at the same place
So the next step woul dbe to track a lot more details: exact browser and OS versions, exact browser extensions, confirming if it works fine in Chrome or Firefox for them, etc.

Do you have an exact URL you can share? and more details about your exact integration? You never said much about it and it's really important, there are dozens of ways to integrate Stripe
