Hi 👋 if I recall correctly, we don't block you from adding localhost as a domain, but I also don't think doing so works for domain registration purposes. Does that align with what you're seeing in your testing?

as per the documentation I need to add the domain then only it will be displayed in payment options

Testing wallet based payment methods requires serving your site over HTTPS anyway, so typically local testing doesn't work well and you need to use a utility like ngrok to test.
