^ along the same lines, if a customer cancels their subscription for https://buy.stripe.com/bIYdR72SLe0361aeFO i would love to be able to hit them with a new payment link for 50% off, but same issue: when they access the new payment link it says "You already have a subscription with us."

oh, we have a setting to enable/disganle this in the dashboard

once disabled, it just mean customer can create as many subscriptions as they want
