Oh, we were told by one of the Account Managers that this group is better suited for the issue we are having. We contacted Stripe support already and no luck
Ah, sorry about that, it sounds like they were misinformed. We can't help with Salesforce issues here as we're not familiar with that product. There's a dedicated Salesforce support team that your support query should have been routed to. When you say you had "no luck" with support what does that mean? Can you provide more details?

so looks like we are failing to establish the connection between OMS and Stripe in the first place. We have not reached the point of individual transactions.
