Looks like our standard RN library supports Boleto but I forget how expo effects that. https://github.com/stripe/stripe-react-native/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#0330---2023-09-22

Are you using the Payment Sheet and automatic payment method selection? If so, you can turn on Boleto in your dashboard and it should show up on your payment sheet
