is there a PDF receipt or a receipt url for a checkout session that stripe generates?

You can tell checkout to generate an Invoice, which will have a PDF, or you can look at the receipt created by the session's payment intent's charge

will this increase the fee of the transaction since invoicing has additional fee right?

As far as I know, yes. But I am not 100% confident. While you are talking to support I would recommend confirming that with them as well
