If you are using automatic payment methods, the sheet should automatically show anything that you have turned on in your dashboard
One more question:
Can a platform account charge a monthly fee to a connect account?
If you and the connected accounts are the US you can do one time debits to connected accounts. so you could do a monthly charge but you would have to schedule that yourself. https://docs.stripe.com/connect/account-debits
Otherwise the top method would be to create Customer objects on your platform account for each of your connected accounts and then collect their payment method info and create a subscription for them as you would with regular customers.

Ok. last thing. Application fee. What's the min and max amount?
And can we set the payout frequency for an express connect account? If so, where's the setting for it?

The min is 0 and the max would be the max amount of the payment. So the max would be our max amount for the currency you are charging in
