Unfortunately not. Manual payouts are only possible when the payout schedule is set to manual. As far as I am aware there isn't a way to simulate automated payouts more quickly but I will double check that

Sad, There should be a way for developers to manually create a payout since the developers cannot update the payout settings to manual.
Even if they update the payout settings to manual, the schedule has a different process to manual.
If the payout setting is scheduled, the payout will have the related transactions in Payout page while the manual doesn't.
by the way, if the payout is manual, if I query the balance transaction using the manual payout ID. will I get the related transaction for that payout?
