Error message:

error: {message: "3D Secure 2 is not supported for the specific transaction.",…}
message: "3D Secure 2 is not supported for the specific transaction."
request_log_url:
type: "invalid_request_error"

But the same credit card is supporting 3D Secure 2 transactions on other payment systems. And also works on our website if we use Firefox browser instead of Chrome browser.

We used with multiple credit cards from 5 different banks. None of them works and it is not working for our customers as well.

I think this is an issue somehow you are not accepting Chrome somehow. We use 121.0.6167.185 Chrome.

For example this is a payment that is not working: https://dashboard.stripe.com/payments/pi_3OmddXK6zP0rzoRM05lSXKg2

I can send the loom video in DM

Hi there. We don't support plugin users in this discord. We just work with devs who need help on their direct api integrations with Stripe. Since you don't control the Stripe integration code, we can't assist in here. Recommend reaching out to the plugin owner for help on this. Since they own the integration, they can reach out to Stripe support if they deem this to be an issue on Stripe's side

#

My colleague stated that you already have an open ticket as well

#

So please continue the chat with support

#

We help devs with direct api integrations in here

that co-worker is already at home

#

I understand but please note: it is has nothing to do with the plugin as this is happening on your website (checkout.stripe.com) and it is owrking from firefox not from chrome

Yeah

I understand that this is help for API, but then where can I ask for help?

My colleague said you already have an open support ticket

#

So please continue to get support through that ticket

lofty cargo
#

how can I access that ticket?

#

it was created by a co-worker who went on sick leave

remote thistle
#

Oh

#

In that case you might need to open a new one

#

And explain that the colleague that opened your existing ticket is on sick leave so you'll need to continue the conversation
