I really can't say anything about the functionality or behaviour of your site from just the screenshot with no knowledge of what your code looks like/what integration models you have with Stripe.

Okay, that's fine. Could you please confirm if the following is possible:

If user selects express checkout, (in the background there is a check for device) if the device is android the google pay button will appear.

What I would like confirmed:
Is it possible for "place order" button to have the same output as the "google pay" button in this scenario?

yes the Express Checkout Element will show Google Pay if you're on a browser that supports it like Chrome on Android https://docs.stripe.com/elements/express-checkout-element#supported-browsers

I can't answer the other question as I don't understand it or what code powers your "place order" button or how it works

Well if a user selected "PayPal" as payment method, the place order button turns to "Continue with PayPal"

So with "Place Order" button it should be possible for it to change on certain criterias and have the same output as what selecting "google pay" button will give?
