You can use both and configure the Address Element to collect shipping information. Billing will always be collected anyway.

but the payment element only requests the country and zip code as the billing address, and I want to collect other fields as well. The documentation says that for this I need to use the address element, but I already use the address element to collect the delivery address, and I cannot use the second address element to collect the full billing address
