You can look at a Customer in the Dashboard for example and it'd list recent API Requests associated with it. But logs are only retained for a few months (like a year) and then disappear so it depends how old your Customer is

what is strange is that a customer has been created twice (cus_PbWdd5QcrhwkTf, cus_PbWcBxjS6VJsnE) but we don't have any trace of it in our application

you should be able to see those logs, and same on the Customer page that I described earlier

This is so strange, it comes from our server, the referer IP is correct, but ... there is no trace on our side
