Stripe Checkout is the simplest option here.
You can create Prices/Products in-line when you create the Checkout Session
And https://docs.stripe.com/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-line_items-price_data indicates the paramter for line_items.price_data where you can set the amount in-line
