i have a scenario where it suppose to collect 8% tax but because of the prorate credit and coupon applied 100% which caused the tax calculate become negative when i expect tax amount is 0 instead of negative so the user end up have credit due to negative amount in tax

so when i create a subscription via the api, i specified the taxid which it can be use

If Stripe Tax automatically calculated it, it likely was the correct logic for the information that it had. Unfortunatley I don't know much about Stripe Tax's logic but if you talk to our support team they should be able to help look deeper in to this
