Sorry for the delay! I believe your only option here is to transfer a portion and keep track of the "application fee" on your end

I see - that's a bummer, as it makes the fees tab -> export to CSV flow much less useful

If so you could add this information in the metadata. It would be encoded as a String but it would still allow you to keep track of this information. You can review how metadata works here: https://docs.stripe.com/api/metadata
