Hello! Not sure what you mean by "as the new payment method is not shown for the test customer on their Stripe platform account." Can you provide more details about where exactly you're expecting to see it?
Hi! I'm expecting to see the payment method on the stripe dashboard for that customer, right here:
I can see in the Events and Logs that the setUpIntent is being created
Can you give me the ID of the Payment Method in question?
Is there an ID yet if the setup intent has not yet been confirmed?
