We followed this:

This is the normal flow CheckoutChamp have for the Stripe:

1. Client added Stripe and attempts a test which returns the error
2. Client reaches out to us and we provide them our AOC
3. Client then reaches out to Stripe with our AOC who then enables the setting to allow us to pass card numbers
4. Then client places another test and it works after that
   Please ask CheckoutChamp to provide the AOC and then submit it to Stripe and hopefully they will enable the field.

We have the AOC now but don't know where to upload or who to give

At a high level, yes. At a detailed level, no. No one on Discord can help you with this, you need to talk to Stripe support. We don't know the specifics of the PCI compliance requirements when it comes to providing that information here.
