Your URL doesn't resolve, it's not online.
The URL you specify for your Webhook Endpoints must be accessible on the Internet.
at the moment, it's not accessible, because I've made various attempts on DNS, but before that, it was accessible because it worked correctly via a tool like postman for example, and the result for webhook stripe was "failed to connect to remote host error" :/
