Hi 👋 I believe that UI is correct. Metered Prices are billed in arrears rather than upfront like other Prices, so the amount due today would be $0 as the flat fee won't be charged until the end of the billing period.

If you want the flat rate to charge up front, I would recommend splitting those into two separate Prices.

Is there any way to change the "unit" verbiage. In my case it is per 100,000 requests.

No, not that I'm aware of.
