Ok thanks - maybe you can answer me another question - we are using the subscription with voucher codes and the user does not have to enter card details -> is there any option so that the user gets an email upfront so that he can add the card details ?

if you are using trials, there's this setting: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/billing/automatic

and all settings related to subscriptions and emails are on the same page
