hello, mind sending the request ID which returned the error

StripeInvalidRequestError: The payment method type "affirm" is invalid. Please ensure the provided type is activated in your dashboard

I believe I am not active, as I did not find this option on my panel to activate. There are apnea cards, bank slips, Google and Apple. I open cards and there isn't much information

sorry not sure I understand, did you see my msg? I was asking for a request ID

This id: cus_PYtiNAYtHvnPxq

I don't know if I could explain it well, for example, I've already done all the payment and it seems to be working. I select a product and purchase and the purchase appears to be successful. But I wanted to include options in the payment method so the user can pay in installments for their purchase, because the payment is charging the full amount. I looked at the documentation and followed the Affirm payment part, but I get the error I told you about, and I didn't find the option to activate Affirm payment

yes so let's take a step back again, we're not aligned

you said you got an error

StripeInvalidRequestError: The payment method type "affirm" is invalid. Please ensure the provided type is activated in your dashboard

that was for an API request to Stripe. I am asking for that Request ID from https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs

#

I assume it was on a request to create a PaymentIntent?

Yes. I received this error after trying to add this method here: payment_method_types: ['affirm', 'card'],
What I wanted to do was the following, have the option to pay in installments, the total value is 100 reais, the user could divide this amount up to 3 times, but I don't know if this is the right way. Because it asked to activate this option to affirm that I did not find it

ah gotcha, ok I see your question now, sorry I thought you had activated affirm but you're asking

I went to the page but didn't find the option to activate this payment method. In test mode it is not available?

it should be, let me check

#

ah are you based in Brazil??

#

cause the affirm PaymentMethod is only available in Canada/US

#

and your Stripe account is in BR I think?

Yes, I live in Brazil. I understand. I will keep the payment method the way it is and find a solution to add more payment. Thank you very much
