hi! well yes CheckoutSession creates a PaymentIntent which creates a Charge which has a receipt_url so the same thing applies. https://docs.stripe.com/api/checkout/sessions/object#checkout_session_object-payment_intent
what exactly are you looking at/what code are you using?
