You can disable if you collect elsewhere

You really should collect postal code

#

That's why we require it. Card payments would likely all get declined by issuer without it

Another thing I wanted to check is I wanted to implement scrollbar while selecting different payment methods in Payment Element. Do you have any specific attribute for it?
