Gotcha, you can only have one external account per-currency attached to an account. But what you can do is create a Standard Connected Account and transfer a portion of the funds to that account and attach your other bank account to that account.

Since you are just connecting a single account you can just use the "Create" button in the top right of your Dashboard here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/connect/accounts/overview
That will give you an OAuth Link that you can use to go through onboarding
Then to transfer funds you set transfer_data when you create your Subscription: https://docs.stripe.com/api/subscriptions/create#create_subscription-transfer_data
