Hello

Hey !!

Do you want the Subscription to automatically cancel at the end of the year?

lavish olive
#

no.... I want it to be a yearly subscription but the payments to be made monthly.

dim robin
#

Right but at the end of the year does the Subscription continue, or cancel?

lavish olive
#

it continues unless the user cancels.

dim robin
#

Okay well you would basically just start a normal monthly Subscription in this case

#

There really isn't anything special here.

#

The cost of the Subscription would just be 1/12th of your yearly cost

Yes but i want the user to not be able to cancel it before the year.

#

I want the yearly payment to be taken in as installments of sorts.

#

so what microsoft does is for example I have a big invoice say 1200$ I can opt for monthly payments on the yearly subscription and this way i will pay 100$ per month but If I cancel the plan I will still continue to pay 100$/month until the time is up in this case a year.

You control when a customer can cancel a Subscription

#

That is all based on your code

Super!! The main question I guess would be on how to limit the customer into a subscription for a set amount of time. once the time is over they will be opted out.

#

Can you please share some docs for this use case. I would really appreciate it. I've been searching through docs but to no avail.
