hi! not sure what you mean. You would never charge real amounts to 'verify' an account. You can use e.g. SetupIntents to save a payment method for future charges.
Hmm I was thinking something like what aws does, they charge your account like a minimal fee to verify the account and then don't charge you until renewal of subscriptions.
