There's no way to skip SCA if the card issuer determines a 3DS is needed for a transaction

okay I understand but as far as I know if you have access to MOTO transactions I can collect card payment methods via MOTO -> https://docs.stripe.com/payments/payment-intents/moto#future-payments

I assume that's how it works in the stripe dashboard when you add a 3DS card, it skips this SCA verification and adds the card

how do I do this if we already have access to MOTO transactions?
