@normal finch all this needs is that the end customer was in the middle of paying for example and never finished. You would ask them to come back to the Checkout page nd finish their payment for example

Right so this is basically them not completing their payment?

for example maybe they had to do 3DS and gave up and closed the page, could be a lot of things
