You can listen for Subscription Events with a Webhook Endpoint to get notified of all of those things: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/overview#subscription-events

Trial periods are typically set by your code when you create the Subscription.

Ok. It seems there is no way in the UI to setup notifications for subscriptions ? Also we did not set any trial periods in our code. I am assuming we are using some defaults. I will check it though
