For identity verification. Stripe ask for some addtional document, whenever he wants for custom account. Like to send ID cards or passport and sometime Stripe ask for address document to submission.
I want to know the thresholds , which trigger this event.

Based on the docs, all you need is to create payments that use the tokens mentioned in the docs
https://docs.stripe.com/connect/testing-verification#testing-thresholds

tok_visa_triggerVerification and tok_visa_triggerChargeBlock etc

So try creating PaymentIntents that use above tokens for payments
