Hello
It depends on the card issuers really, and probably depends on your requests
Can you find 2 request id? req_xxx and req_yyy
to compare side by side
Actually customer facing this issue
he tried postman request
at our side , we dont get 3DS authentication asked , in dev mode
What do you mean by your customer sent postman?
If used Higher version of API , 3ds dont required MOto flag ?
Don't think 3DS is related to API version
I mean we have one customer , he is using Our Stripe integration in D365
When he do request from Postman 3DS not get asked
But when do transaction request from Our integartion 3ds get asked
in postman he is using API version 2023-10-16
Sorry what is D365?
If customer process request from POSTMAN without sending IsMoto flag in request that dosent ask 3DS Authentication
how is that possible
D365 is Mircrosoft web based ERP
Via your integration, did you set the MOTO flag and then 3DS was asked?
Can you provide 2 request id here to compare?
Via our integration we dont send MoTO flag , as Customer does not have enabled MOTO for their account
We need to ask Customer for 2 request id , this will take 1 day
So not sending MOTO flag = asked for 3DS
and sending MOTO flag (using D365) = not asking 3DS?
I am not sure , i am asking that could be possibility ?
Yes. Because MOTO will be exempted for 3DS
ok , but if we use higher version of API then also that need to send
currently we are using Stripe.Net of 39.126.0.0
and customer trying from postman is using API of 2023-10-16
No that shouldn't been affected by API version
