By control panel, do you mean the Dashboard? What exactly are you trying to update?

yup the dashboard, we have a customer subscribed to a product that's $9.99/month, we want to update it to $11.99/month

we want to do this for every customer actually

we added the new price to the product and archived the old price but don't know how to assign the new price to all the customers

Do you want the price change to take effect immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle?

Have you tried this out in test mode yet? The Dashboard allows you to update a Subscription and add a 'phase', where you can add the new recurring price to the next phase

You'll essentially be able to leave the subscription as is for the current billing cycle, then switch to the new price at the start of the next billing cycle/phase

interesting, so I go to Add Phase, then I remove the current product price and add the new one?
